Preparing for exams and working toward deadlines can be very stressful and can take its toll on an individual. Here at the SRC, for this Winter Exam Diet, we're organising a bunch of events, activities and content all designed to encourage you to take a break, get some breathing space, and hopefully lower those stress levels.
On this page you'll be able to find a calendar of all the events we have planned for you. You'll be able to sign up for free and take part in as many or as few activities as you like.
Please remember that the SRC is here to support you throughout this, and every other exam period, and our Advice Centre has loads of great exam guidance and tips if you’re feeling the strain.
