The spring exam diet is around the corner, and for many students, exams and deadlines are coming up quickly as well.
That’s why we’re offering a range of free events, activities, and resources designed to help all students take a break, recharge, and manage stress this spring (27th April - 22nd May 2026).
Whether you’re looking for a quiet space to relax, a chance to connect with others, or a fun activity to take your mind off studying, you’ll find something in our diverse programme.

Support When You Need It
The SRC is here to support you through every exam season. Our Advice Centre offers guidance on exam preparation, academic concerns and has provided a list of exam top tips. If you need free, impartial, and confidential advice, contact advice@src.gla.ac.uk.
For wellbeing support, you can also access the University’s Counselling & Wellbeing Services.
