Look After Yourself is a cross-campus, student-led effort aimed at supporting well-being by taking breaks through organised events, activities, highlighting the importance of mindfulness and other schemes throughout the year, especially around exam time.

Members of the four student bodies, GUU, QMU, GUSA and SRC, all make an input into this scheme and work to try and provide these peer led initiatives to remind you to look out for yourself and others around stressful moments.

In collaboration with the SRC mental health equality officer there is now a Look After Yourself digital guide available with resources and tips on how to approach some of the more stressful and urgent times while at university.

The Look After Yourself guide can be downloaded here.
