The Raising and Giving (RAG) Society and the Banned Book Society formally invite you to a collaborative Charity Ceilidh in support of AWARE Scotland. This event brings together the university community for an evening of traditional Scottish dance, dedicated to raising essential funds for one of Scotland's most impactful youth charities.
The Purpose of the Evening
This collaboration celebrates community spirit. Attending, guests contribute directly to the mission of AWARE Scotland (Active Wellbeing and Respite Experiences). The funds raised will facilitate:
Respite Programs: Providing disadvantaged and disabled young people with transformative breaks in Aviemore and the Highlands.
Wellbeing Initiatives: Funding therapeutic workshops, fitness programs, and mental health resources.
Social Inclusion: Supporting the development of safe spaces where young people can build confidence and life skills.
