Policies

The SRC publishes a variety of policies by which it operates.

  • Complaints Procedure It is important that we know when someone is unhappy with a service they have received or the work that we do.
  • Cookies This policy describes how we use cookies.
  • Equality & Diversity Policy GUSRC does not discriminate against any group of persons on the grounds of age, disability, ethnic or national origin, family circumstances, marital or civil partnership status, political or sexual orientation, race, religion, gender or gender identity.
  • Events Code of Conduct This Code of Conduct explains the rules which GUSRC expects event attendees and organisers to abide by.
  • Unacceptable Behaviour Policy We acknowledge that people from time to time find themselves in stressful or upsetting situations, and this can cause them to act out of character. In many cases, a service-user’s anger is directed not at GUSRC, but at the University, landlord, or other agency.
