The Viniyoga Society aims to promote holistic health and well-being among students.

Our weekly sessions are thoughtfully designed to help you strengthen your body, mind, and spirit through Viniyoga’s enriching blend of mindful movement, breathwork, meditation and yoga philosophy.

We customise classes to meet individual needs, offering specialised sessions that focus on women’s health, stress management and various physical and mental health challenges. In addition to enhancing your physical fitness, our yoga practice aims to foster self-reflection, create mental clarity as we practice emotional balance, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for overall well-being.

At the Viniyoga Society, we believe that yoga is a transformative journey of self-care, equipping you with the tools to manage stress, build resilience, and connect more deeply with yourself!
