The Mindful Movement society hold weekly yoga classes which contain meditation and mindful relaxation to help students unwind from the stresses of university life.
There will also be opportunities to be involved in various workshops throughout the year and attend social events such as meet-ups in cafés.
All our events are beginner-friendly, and we are always welcome to new members in the society. Your first time attending the weekly sessions will always be free, if you like it and would like to attend every week membership is only £10 for the full academic year. Our classes are held on campus but do not use any of the gym facilities, so you do not need a gym membership to attend!
