The Sociology Society is a student community organisation at the University of Glasgow, and entry to the society is open to anyone who is interested in sociology.
We host events a variety of social events such as pub crawls and quizzes; discussions and debates; academic and career panels; and film/documentary screenings.
We aim to facilitate inter-year relationships with anyone interested in Sociology and the wider social sciences, and to offer a community of like-minded people that is friendly and inspiring.
Our mission is to foster critical thinking through discussion and to raise awareness of current social issues.
