About

We are not only open to, but value students from every background so that we can create our own diverse ecosystem of ideas.

The Glasgow University Society for Social Ecology is an active and dedicated activist students Society that aims to provide a new and holistic perspective upon the way we interact with the world and the people in it. We run biweekly educational, interactive seminars on topics relating to environmentalism, women’s rights, imperialism, philosophy, and other important issues within today’s society. We are also committed to local political issues, both environmental and social, and are keen to work with charities in the Glasgow area to create better dialogue between students and city residents.
