We are Glasgow University Self Care Society. We actively practise self-care and encourage others to do so through tips on practising it in everyday life!

University can be the best days of our lives,  but it's still real life! Everyone has ups and downs, busy and stressful periods, and joyful times as well! We aim to give students the knowledge to help themselves improve and prioritise their wellbeing and a chance to meet like-minded people!
