About

Glasgow University Scottish Country Dance Club is a fun and welcoming dance society. We hold regular events and classes for all levels of experience!

We run regular classes and socials for dancers at every level from those who could swear they have two left feet to those who can be pas-de-basque with the best of them. It’s a great way to have fun, stay fit, and make friends. After classes, you can often find us at the pub for some well needed rest!

General class is Monday 7-9pm in St Andrew's Gym and intermediates is Thursday 7-9pm in Notre Dame High School.

Classes are open to all, including non-UofG students.

Our socials include cake parties, movies, games nights, pub quizzes and so much more. There’s something for everyone!

For more information on events, and pictures of our adorable mascot Gus the Duck, check out our social media platforms linked above.

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will be sure to help!
