Overview

A warm invitation to join us for our weekly yoga flow and meditation session at McIntyre Building - Room 201 (Flat Hall) ,every Monday from 18:00 to 18:55.

Experience the transformative power of Vinyasa Yoga, a practice that encourages creativity and dynamic movement synchronised with the rhythm of breath. Regardless of your yoga experience, you'll find a welcoming space to explore a variety of poses that enhance balance, flexibility, and range of motion. Our sessions are designed to foster a connection with your heart, the earth, and your inner self, promoting a strong sense of self through mindful breathwork and playful flows.

Guiding you through this rejuvenating practice is Elpida, our experienced and passionate yoga teacher. Her aim is to share the love of yoga with all, and the session is open to everyone, regardless of prior experience.

Please bring a yoga mat or a large towel and be prepared for some stretching. Don't forget to bring a warm sweatshirt to stay cozy during the session.
