Overview

We warmly invite all students to our weekly yoga flow and meditation session that will be held in the St Andrew's building - Room 157 (Gymnasium), every Monday at 18:00-18:55.

Vinyasa Yoga allows for creativity and dynamic movement paired with the rhythm of breath. During this class you will encouraged to unite your breath with your body offering a variety of poses accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. Classes will include balancing in the body, as well as increasing flexibility and range of motion, and an opportunity to connect to your heart, the earth and your inner self. Developing a strong sense of self by connecting body, mind through breathwork and playful flows. Elpida will guide you through a practice that will soothe your soul and help you discover inner peace.
The session will be led by the experienced, and last year’s yoga teacher, Elpida, who is looking forward to sharing her love of yoga with you all. The session is open for anyone, no prior experience required.

Please bring with you a yoga mat or large towel and be prepared for some stretching! Bring a warm sweatshirt too!
