Doors at 11am both days, play starting soon after. It will run until ~11pm on the Saturday (early enough for a few drinks out after, although we will have the tables until they close at 1am) and as long as we need on Sunday (no later than 11).
We'll have at least 8 tables this year so it should run quicker than previous years. 
Open Singles, and Teams—3 per team (4 with a sub, although teams of 3 preferred)

Tickets and Cost
For UofG students: £15pp for both events +£5 Deposit (You must also be a member of the Club on the SRC Website)
For non-UofG students: £15pp for both events +£5 Club Table Fee contribution
This includes:
- £10 Prize Purse contribution
- £5 Player Table Fee contribution
- For UofG students: £5 Deposit, which you'll get back on the Sunday when you attend both days (The club will be paying your Club Table Fee Contribution)
- For non-UofG students: £5 Club Table Fee contribution (that you should be able to claim back from your club, please check your club's policy on this first)

Players must have been a student during the 2025/26 academic year. December grads are eligible. No alumni.
No strict dress code but please come in club shirts/colours if possible. We'll be taking photos of the event for the venue and for socials so it'd be good to have everyone looking somewhat profesh.
Team eligibility rules: Non-1st or 2nd Teams may contain a loose player from another university, but only if he/she is unable to play for his/her own university (either due to the university not fielding teams or having an awkward number of players). Other than this, teams should be assigned by player strength
Response deadlines:
UofG students: Sunday 31st May 23:59 — as we need to sort a team list out before the club deadline.
Non-UofG students: Friday 12th June 23:59 — entries/changes after that will incur a £5 penalty each. No changes after Thursday 18th.
