Welcome to our fourth meditation session this year!

Here we will have a deeper dive into meditation, exploring a unique breathing method that you all can use. Everyone is welcome to our sessions regardless of previous experience of meditation!

We will be in the McIntyre Building: Room 201 (this building in on the main campus next to the SRC building.

Here are the guidelines for the weekly meditation sessions:

FREE of price!
Doors open at 19:00, it is mandatory that you are seated for prompt start at 19:15. Those who are later than 19:15 will not be able to attend the session!
Bring a cushion/mat to sit on for comfort (optional) → we have many small cushions.
Chairs are avaliable for those unable to sit on the floor.
Advisable to attend on a light stomach (2.5 hours after a large meal or 1 hour after a lighter meal)
The sessions follow the rough schedule of:
20 minutes of an interactive talk about an aspect of meditation following the week's theme.
20-25 minutes of a guided meditation, including a silent meditaiton.
An optional QnA, peer conversation, and games.
