Welcome to our seventeenth meditation session!
Today we will exploring a very special breathing method called as Bhastrika breathing, more commonly known as the Wim Hof method. This method has the potential to get you "high" naturally. Studies show that the Wim Hof Method stimulates the release of endocannabinoids from within the system, the bodies natural cannabis. This method also leads to a blissful mental state and can increase one's capacity to withstand colder temperatures. There are many more benefits and secrets to this method, come along to learn this technique and many more things related to this, we look forward to welcoming you!

Here are the guidelines for the weekly meditation sessions:

Doors open at 18:00, it is mandatory that you are seated for prompt start at 18:15. Those who are later than 18:15 will not be able to attend the session!
Bring a cushion/mat to sit on for comfort (optional)
Chairs are avaliable for those unable to sit on the floor.
Advisable to attend on a light stomach (2.5 hours after a large meal or 1 hour after a lighter meal)
The sessions follow the rough schedule of:
20 minutes of an interactive talk about an aspect of meditation following the week's theme.
20-25 minutes of a guided meditation, including a silent meditaiton.
An optional QnA, peer conversation, and games.
