Welcome to our thirteenth meditation session!

Here, we will be exploring the desiring process and identity. These fascinating topics are deeply linked to the structure of one's mind. Understanding this in more detail will allow you a deeper look into yourself, providing you with more individual power and autonomy.

We are in the St Andrews Building → room 234.

Here are the guidelines for the weekly meditation sessions:

FREE of price!
Doors open at 18:00, it is mandatory that you are seated for prompt start at 18:15. Those who are later than 18:15 will not be able to attend the session!
Bring a cushion/mat to sit on for comfort (optional)
Chairs are avaliable for those unable to sit on the floor.
Advisable to attend on a light stomach (2.5 hours after a large meal or 1 hour after a lighter meal)
The sessions follow the rough schedule of:
20 minutes of an interactive talk about an aspect of meditation following the week's theme.
20-25 minutes of a guided meditation, including a silent meditaiton.
An optional QnA, peer conversation, and games.
