Overview

An Introduction to Meditation

Join the UoG Meditation Society for a relaxed and interactive introduction to the world of meditation. This beginner-friendly session will explore what meditation is, how it can support your mindset and wellbeing, and how you can incorporate it into your everyday life.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn about the meditative mindset and experience guided meditation for yourself, with time for reflection, discussion and questions afterwards. Whether you have never meditated before or already have some experience, everyone is welcome.

There is no pressure to have any previous knowledge or experience. Simply come along, explore the mind, try something different, and discover what meditation has to offer.
