Want to get your bearings before classes start? Join our friendly campus tour, led by current University of Glasgow students.
This 90-minute tour follows the same route as our standard Campus Tours, but with extra time built in for a more relaxed pace, regular breaks and opportunities to sit down along the way.
You’ll pick up insider tips, discover handy shortcuts, and learn the easiest ways to get to the library, gym and other key spots on campus.
Attending on your own? No problem. Our friendly SRC Welcome Helpers in blue t-shirts will be there to greet you, help you settle in and make it easier to meet other students.
Family Friendly: Students with children are very welcome to bring them along to this event. Children should stay with their accompanying adult throughout, and full details are available in our Events Code of Conduct below.

Accessibility
- This tour is designed to allow more time for travelling around campus, with a relaxed pace and additional breaks built into the route.
- All of our Campus Tours can be adapted where possible to meet access requirements. You can let us know about any access requirements when booking so we can pass these on to the Welcome Helper team in advance.The tour will involve traveling across uneven ground and some hills.
