Craft & Connect: Mindful Crafting for World Mental Health Day
Take time for yourself, get creative, and connect with others
In recognition of World Mental Health Day, join us for a special Craft & Connect session focused on wellbeing, creativity, and connection.
We'll be making positivity jars - small, decorated jars filled with uplifting notes, affirmations, and reminders to support your mental wellbeing. It's a calming, mindful activity that encourages reflection, relaxation, and connection with others in a safe, welcoming space.
This event is free to attend and all materials are supplied. Capacity limited - first come, first served.
