Craft & Connect: Mindful Crafting for World Mental Health Day

Take time for yourself, get creative, and connect with others

In recognition of World Mental Health Day, join us for a special Craft & Connect session focused on wellbeing, creativity, and connection.

We'll be making positivity jars - small, decorated jars filled with uplifting notes, affirmations, and reminders to support your mental wellbeing. It's a calming, mindful activity that encourages reflection, relaxation, and connection with others in a safe, welcoming space.

This event is free to attend and all materials are supplied. Capacity limited - first come, first served.

Event Highlights:

  • Create your own positivity jar - all materials provided
  • Connect with other students in a supportive, relaxed environment
  • Enjoy a free hot drink while you craft
  • ake time to reflect on your mental wellbeing
  • Open to all students - everyone welcome
