Meeting at Partick Train Station on Saturday 20th September at 10am for the 10.20 train to Kilpatrick. Please buy your ticket in advance if you can in order to save time. We recommend buying an open return ticket as we don’t know exactly which train we will take back. We plan to undertake a 3-4 hour walk over gently undulating terrain. It is essential to wear appropriate footwear (trainers and walking boots) and to bring all weather clothing (ie. raincoat, sun cream if appropriate). We will stop for lunch en route so please bring a packed lunch with you. We will head back to Glasgow after the walking likely with an optional detour to the pub for some fab GUMMS chat.
