Overview

Join us in the Bute Hall on Wednesday 17 September, 10am – 2pm, for the SRC Volunteering & Social Justice Festival.

You’ll have the chance to meet our community volunteering partners and student-led projects, ask questions, and find out how you can get involved. Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, explore beyond Glasgow’s West End, and make a positive impact in your local community. It’s also an excellent way to develop your skills, boost your CV, and enhance your personal and professional growth.

As an SRC volunteer, you can keep a personalised skills record showing your roles, hours, and achievements. You may also be eligible for formal recognition through our UofG Volunteering Awards, HEAR recognition, and more.

We look forward to welcoming you to the festival and sharing the many fantastic volunteering opportunities available 😊

The first 100 attendees will receive a free SRC goody bag!

Attending volunteering providers to be announced very soon!
