Want to try snooker but aren’t sure where to start? Or maybe you’ve played a bit before and want to sharpen your skills? Join us for a chilled, hour-long session where we’ll explain the basic rules of playing and scoring, as well as some of the techniques involved.
You’ll get to try out your new skills on the GUU’s snooker tables, with experienced members of our club who will help, offering advice and answering any questions.
If you want to continue playing after our taster session, feel free to stay on afterwards to take part in our first weekly tournament of the year, starting at 7pm! These knockout tournaments are handicapped, so everyone is challenged at their level and even beginners can win!
Entry to the weekly tournament is £3/£4 (members/non-members), but FREE to those attending the taster!
