(3) Don’t critique or teach during a dance, unless it concerns safety or wellbeing OR unless your partner asks you to. (4) Behave appropriately, respecting boundaries, preferences and personal space. Pay attention to nonverbal signals. (5) Adapt your dancing to your partner’s skill level and physical ability. Tell your partner about any injuries or limitations that might affect your dance. (6) Practice spatial awareness on the dance floor – avoid collisions! (7) Maintain good personal hygiene and wear sensible clothing.
