Hello! We're the Bird Society at the University of Glasgow! We organise academic events involving the study and appreciation of birds, including lectures and trips, as well as social events like pub quizzes and treasure hunts. We'd love to see you come along to one of our events!

We will be watching a halloween movie as a mid semester de-stress event. Beware of bad bird CGI.

Glasgow Peregrine Project coordinator John Simpson is kindly giving us an interactive lecture on these magnificent birds of prey. Not one to miss! We'll also be going to the pub afterwards.

Following Neil Metcalfe's rewilding lecture at Cafe Scientifique, we will be graciously given the opportunity to learn more about the topic and how changes in the ecosystem affects bird populations and other aspects.
