The Sports and Entertainment Law Society aims to introduce members to a unique yet expansive area of law and connect them with legal professionals and industry experience—covering topics such as IP, privacy, tort, contract, and employment law. We will host a multitude of speaker events at the University, as well as serving as a skills and employability resource platform - ensuring members are aware of upcoming relevant legal opportunities. As the only active Sports and Entertainment Law society in Scotland, we aim to play a key role in expanding the presence of the society by creating inter-society affiliations across other Scottish Universities and within the University of Glasgow itself.
