The University of Glasgow Quantum Computing Society (QCS) is a student-led group dedicated to making the complex world of quantum technology accessible to everyone. We welcome students from all backgrounds, whether you are studying Physics, Computing Science, Engineering, or the Arts.
We host hands-on coding workshops using tools, such as Qiskit and Cirq, invite guest speakers from leading research labs, and run collaborative hackathons where you can solve real-world problems. We also help members get involved in student-led research by connecting them with academic mentors. More than just a club, we are a community built on stewardship—where every member helps grow the society and prepares it for the students of the future.
