New for the 2024/2025 academic year, we are excited to announce the University of Glasgow’s first dedicated highland dancing society - Glasgow Highland Dance Society!
We offer weekly highland classes for all levels, general dance technique/stretch classes with a highland focus, lots of fun socials and a competitive choreography team.
GHDS is open to all UofG students whether you are an experienced highland dancer or want to try something new and learn about this key feature of both traditional and modern Scottish culture.
