We know how hard it is to find suitable spaces on campus to run events and socials after class, especially when you're looking to serve food to your members. That's why we have worked closely with the University to secure additional spaces on campus that will help you do just that!
Introducing The Fraser and The Clubs Corner 🎉
The Fraser and The Clubs Corner on Level 3 of the Fraser Building are now open to bookings to all SRC-affiliated clubs and societies!
The Fraser is your go-to space to socialise and run events in a cosy space while serving food, while the Clubs Corner is ideal for workshops and study sessions. Both spaces are perfect for running events and socials after class, in one of the most popular study spots amongst students. Most importantly, you'll be welcomed to serve food and snacks as long as you keep a few things in mind:
- ✅ You can serve food that is from a local takeaway business with a food hygiene licence.
- 🚫 Homemade food and cooking/prepping food in either space are strictly prohibited.
- 👍 Respect the space and leave it as you found it.
- ⏲️ Handle the equipment with care - if something isn’t working, let us know.
- 📆 If you need to cancel, give us at least 24 hours’ notice at events@src.gla.ac.uk.
