Join us in celebrating Pride at the University of Glasgow with events, activities, and opportunities to connect and reflect throughout June and beyond. Here’s what’s coming up:
Progressive Pride Flag Raising

Gather with students, staff, and allies as we raise the Progressive Pride Flag in solidarity with our LGBTQ+ community. A moment to reflect, show support, and kick off Pride Month together.
LGBTQ+ History Timeline Exhibition

π James McCune Smith Learning Hub, Ground Floor
Explore key moments in LGBTQ+ history, from the 16th century to today. This self-guided exhibition honours the trailblazers, milestones, and movements that continue to shape the fight for equality and inclusion.

This event is organised by GULGBTQ+: "Celebrate the end of exam season with a relaxed Pride Month picnic in the park. Feel free to bring your own food and drinks.
If you plan to share any food, please bring a full list of ingredients (including details like oils used).
This is a strictly no-nut event, even if you're not sharing food, to avoid any risk of cross-contamination.
Look out for the pride flags to find us on the day — location updates will be shared via our Instagram Story."

This event is organised in collaboration with GULGBTQ+: "Celebrate Pride Month with the GULGBTQ+ Student Association and the SRC at our placard-making social – a creative, community-focused event in the lead-up to the Glasgow Pride March in July! All supplies provided."
