Dear Epsilon Members,
I hope you are all well and you all enjoyed your Easter break. I'm emailing today to notify you all about our AGM which will be held on the 3rd May. This is a chance for the committee to report back about our year and for the membership to propose constitutional amendments and elect the new committee and office bearers for the next academic year. The AGM will be held in the Drawing Room in GUU at 6pm on Tuesday May 3rd 2022.
All constitutional amendments must be proposed through the Facebook event by 5pm on the 2nd May. To attend, vote and run for the committee at the AGM you must be a current Epsilon Member, you must join by the 2nd May at 5pm. Full information and the agenda can be found on the Facebook event. If you have any questions. do not hesitate to contact us.
Finally, we would like to thank everyone for attending our events throughout the year and supporting us as we began in-person events after COVID. We are also hosting a Year 1 Mock MCQ and so would be grateful if you could share the Facebook event with any Year 1s you know.
