This Thursday, 10th of March, the Williams Room in the McIntyre Building will be available as a dedicated reflection space for the ongoing crisis in Ukraine and we will also be running a donation drive throughout the week ????

Reflection Space

The room will be open from 9am till 5pm and you are welcome to drop in at any time. You are welcome to bring any words, messages, or letters to leave in the room, which will be stored after, and you can stay as long as you like. This time is likely deeply distressing for many and we hope to provide a safe space for people to reflect, grieve, and stand in solidarity with those most affected.

Donation Drive

We will also be running a donation drive for refugees and asylum seekers. If you have anything you are willing to donate, please bring them to the Williams Room on Thursday, or at any time this week to the Welcome Point reception desk in the McIntyre Building. Things that are most needed are women's and children's clothing as well as warm items such as warm hats, scarves and gloves ??????
