Current UofG students only.
Open and Women's Singles and the all important Team events (Open teams of 5 (6 with a sub), and Women's teams of 3 (4 with a sub)).
Glasgow are the Women's Trophy Champions and at the moment it's not guaranteed we'll be able to bring a team to defend that, so if you're a woman who's interested in pool we have a team waiting for you!
Location: Stoke-on-Trent/Newcastle-under-Lyme
Transport: The hope is this year will be the dawn of the minibus! We'll drive down the evening of Fri 27th, chill at a shared accomodation and head back to Glasgow the afternoon/evening of Tue 3rd March.
Funding: The club will do its best to cover as much of the costs as it can. We won't know until we've sorted numbers and accomodation but the last few years it's worked out to be about £90 each. All individuals going must be SRC club members.
Missing Uni: As you are representing the Unviersity of Glasgow, you will be able to use this as good cause for essays/exams/missed classes etc.
Getting in touch: The club deadline for interest will be 23:59 24th January as this will allow us to sort accommodation and monies before we have to send final teamsheets and entry fees off to the UPC. Please dm us on instagram and you'll be added to a messenger group chat for organising accom/tavel/teams etc.
(You may still contact us after the deadline if you are interested, but we may not be able to take you on short notice, you won't be charged anything if we can't take you though)
