Join us for this week's session on breathing and meditation where we explore the significance of the much overlooked process of breathing and how it can form a doorway into deeper states of meditation. We will also be teaching a special breathing practice where one can access
We are in the James McCune Smith Building → Room 639.
Here are the guidelines for the weekly meditation sessions:

Doors open at 18:00, it is mandatory that you are seated for prompt start at 18:15. Those who are later than 18:15 will not be able to attend the session!
Bring a cushion/mat to sit on for comfort (optional)
Chairs are avaliable for those unable to sit on the floor.
Advisable to attend on a light stomach (2.5 hours after a large meal or 1 hour after a lighter meal)
The sessions follow the rough schedule of:
20 minutes of an interactive talk about an aspect of meditation following the week's theme.
20-25 minutes of a guided meditation, including a silent meditaiton.
An optional QnA, peer conversation, and games.
