Clubs & Societies Roundtable: All Things Events (Planning, Finances & Promotion)
Want to make your society events more successful, attract new members and make the most of available funding? Join our Clubs & Societies Roundtable for practical advice, useful resources and the chance to chat directly with the SRC Clubs and Communications Teams about event planning, finances and promotion.
We'll cover key areas of running a successful society, including:
- Event Planning: Best practices for organising successful society events and activities.
- Funding & Finances: Advice on managing society finances, applying for SRC Clubs Grants and Big Idea Grants, and exploring collaboration opportunities.
- Promotion & Communications: Making the most of social media and SRC promotional opportunities to reach new members and boost engagement.
There will also be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, share challenges and get advice on anything affecting your society.
Free snacks available, including vegan and gluten-free options!
