Join the Meditation Society and the Students’ Representative Council for an introductory meditation session exploring how this principle begins within. Through a short discussion on meditation, identity, and how we relate to others, we’ll reflect on how awareness helps us show up with greater clarity and compassion.
We’ll then move into a beginner-friendly guided meditation, followed by free tea and conversation — a chance to connect and build community together.
