Overview

Join us for a relaxing, drop-in event featuring a series of interactive sensory stations designed to help you unwind, refocus, and reconnect—with yourself.

From touch to taste, sight to sound, each station offers a simple, creative way to help soothe stress and spark calm:

👀 Sight – Create a DIY optical illusion spinner to take home, and get lost in the swirling calm of glitter jars.
👃 Smell – Explore nostalgic and emotion-boosting scents with scratch-and-sniff stickers.
👂 Sound – Tune out the noise with a free pair of earplugs—perfect for the library.
🤲 Touch – Get hands-on with air-drying clay you can shape into anything you like, or relax with fidget items like spinners, worry stones, and textured tools.
👅 Taste – Wake up your tastebuds with sour sweets for a playful jolt of sensation (and sugar!).

All materials provided free by the SRC. Limited supply - first come, first served.
