Overview

Join us for a calming, reflective session during Mental Health Awareness Week. The Tranquility Zone is a regular meditative event hosted by the University Chapel and led by Dr Cosma Gottardi, Honorary Bahá’í Chaplain.

Unwind to relaxing instrumental music and hear uplifting quotations on themes such as love, truthfulness, and generosity. You’re welcome to bring a quotation to share or simply listen and reflect. After the readings, stay for tea, light refreshments, and friendly conversation in a peaceful setting.

This is a collaborative event with the University Chaplaincy and the Students’ Representative Council.
