Join us for a soothing free session of Japanese calligraphy and origami, where art meets mindfulness. Using brush pens, you’ll learn to draw calming Japanese words that inspire peace and focus. Then, shift from ink to fold as you are guided through the meditative process of origami.
Honorary International Chaplains, Yushin and Fumi from Japan Desk Scotland, will lead the drop-in meditation during Mental Health Awareness Week. This is a collaborative event with the University Chaplaincy and the Students’ Representative Council.
All materials provided.
