Glasgow University Students’ Representative Council is an Independent Student Body that delivers a range of support services as well as representing the interests of students of the University of Glasgow.
We are currently recruiting for a:
Finance & Clubs Support Administrator (part-time)
(Academic and HE Support Staff Grade 5 FTE 35hrs: £25,138(pt. 16) - £29,605 (pt.22)
Contracted Hours 21 per week Salary will be dependent on relevant experience.
The role includes oversight and administration of our day-to-day financial operations, financial record keeping and finance support for our Clubs and Societies.
The successful candidate will be IT literate and have experience in financial management, record keeping and reporting. To be considered for the role you should have relevant financial management/bookkeeping qualification(s), and/or the appropriate skills and knowledge. You will be able to demonstrate excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail and the capacity to seamlessly multi-task and prioritise your workload.
