We are a student-led society who provide work experience and insight opportunities to aspiring medical students in the West of Scotland
Our events are primarily aimed at high school students from S4-6, though in recent years we have expanded our work to include S1-3 high school pupils, gap year students and post-graduate students. Throughout the year we run various events including our Interview Preparation Night, S4 Day Programme, S5 Day Programme, Gap Year Information Evening and YCAT Tutorials. We also work closely with other similar groups across Scotland to create a nation-wide network of organisations working to assist pupils in entering medicine, with a particular focus on assisting pupils from widening particpation backgrounds..
