Overview

Our Lifting taster is a chance for people who are completely new to training or improve their confidence in training, to try out lifting in a safe and supportive environment.  This event is a part of our Women In Sport week and is open to Females only. 

The taster session will be led by a qualified Strength and Conditioning coach.  If you like these sessions, then you can find more information on the regular Learn 2 Lift course on the UoG Website.
