Overview

Led by the Calisthenics Society Board, we invite freshers and returning students alike to try out bodyweight movements that make up the sport of calisthenics. Participants will be able to try out movements such as Pull ups, Push Ups, Bodyweight Dips as well as standard core movements that can improve your calisthenics skills. Bodyweight exercises can seem daunting at first, but with our guidance and the right community of individuals around you, we are confident that Calisthenics can quickly become your chosen form of training.
