The University of Glasgow Students’ Representative Council (SRC) is seeking a proactive and organised Support Services Administrator to join our dedicated team. Based in the University’s McIntyre Building, you’ll play a key role in supporting student engagement through Clubs & Societies, volunteering, and wellbeing services.
Location: McIntyre Building, University Avenue, Glasgow G12 8QQ
Salary Grade 4 Point 11–18 (£23,881 – £27,644)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Annual Leave: 29 days per annum (includes reserved days for Christmas and New Year period when we close)
Pension: 8% employer contribution to SRC NEST Pension Scheme
About the Role
You will provide administrative support across a range of areas, including managing records and meetings for Clubs & Societies, supporting student volunteering and training sessions, responding to reception queries, and assisting with website content. You will also help coordinate event bookings and logistics, playing a central role in the delivery of key services.

You are an excellent communicator and problem-solver with strong organisational skills. You’re comfortable with a variety of administrative tasks and enjoy supporting students and colleagues in a fast-paced, student-led environment. You’ll be confident using digital tools and committed to upholding the SRC’s values of inclusion, support, and empowerment.
