As my exam diet is 100% online, I will no longer need my student accommodation and was wondering whether there was a student who wanted to take over my remaining contract for the Summer
The tenancy contract last until the 8th of September 2023.
The rent per month is £1020 (this includes all the bills and free wifi).
The flat is a Classic Studio is 20m2 and comes with a 3/4 bed, dining area, ample storage, mirror, study desk and chair and modern kitchenette with fridge-freezer, microwave oven and hob. The flat (321) is held by Base Glasgow, at 20 McPhater Street, G4 0HN. It is a very central location with access to many shops and entertainment facilities.Additionally, it is a 16 minute trip by subway to the University of Glasgow.
